They open from 12pm and they did not mention about food will ready by 1pm. For those who wanted to have lunch, please book at 1pm if you wanted to eat before your spa session.

This branch Ossoto it’s quiet small because they aim people go for extra service such as massage, cleaning ear service, door massage, facial and so on the main things it’s like you paid for entrance fee and you have to paid another service fee. All massage it’s need to paid extra.

As you can see, the treadmill it’s only two, if alot guest coming in how to share the treadmill.

For the 📽️ cinema it’s very comfortable and after spa can have a nice space for relax.

Pool table only have one. They expect that all people come in it’s going to paid extra money for massage it’s not enjoy. (What if four couple coming in)

My husband doing cleaning ear service and it’s cost Rm230+ and it’s a trick they say free for checking your ears. When they check your ears say it’s clean then they will mention say got backtearia need using medicine to clean up and one ear service Rm85 both ear it’s cost Rm170. Haven’t add clean ear service charges Rm60 and government tax.

For my overall experience, you will go once except you need their massage or facial service. For the buffet food, you can go for hotel buffet much more choices and they provide it’s like “Malaysian style mix rice restaurant”
