LUNCH PART
When my Lunch having Rice and eating some sort of oily food and high carb food, then your dinner must be very careful to eat, I always remind my self eat more then have to work hard no matter what situation, once a week dancing or trying some other Cardio example PAMELA REIF one of youtuber and exercise is most effective for girl if you wanted to have a nice, perfect abs and getting fit .
DINNER PART
We have to eat smart but don’t count calories because its hard to keep going to keep fit. Just make it simple whatever food just try to boiled. Example I boiled 3 egg without egg yolk. Egg yolk contain good fat but diet meal if possible just eat 1 yolk is fine. Corn is high fiber food and broccoli as a vegetable, prawn have high protein and but if possible avoid frying prawn.
