If you prefer sitting and eat can try this sesame oil chicken麻油鸡
This shop selling Hakka food for example like stir fry noodles, egg fried rice and some stir fry vegetables and sesame pork liver ,pork kidney etc.

This Mala (spicy) stinky tofu mix big bowl added some pork intestine, duck blood and some cabbage.
Have to q only can manage to get a sit for eating this

This stall must try when you are coming to Ning Xia market ,but if you really cannot accept the Stinky tofu smell, please don’t try ya because it is quite smelly 😂
