This Foon Yew laksa its just near by Malaysia custom, From Singapore come out its take only 5 minute to reach here. This old stall started life as a canteen stall in Foon Yew’s school tuck shop. Then now they open at new build stall along Jalan Stulang Laut.

Foon Yew Curry Laksa Its so famous and all most of the Johorean love this stall, When I first try, WAO why Laksa have so many choices to choose to add on to my CURRY Laksa. You can pick and choose from over 30 different types of Yong tau fu (stuffed tofu. chili. bitter gourd) to eat with their curry laksa gravy.

Different type of LAKSA rice vermicelli /meehoon Curry laksa
I will back regularly to Foon Yew Curry Laksa because of the perfect gravy curry laksa… The gravy is heavy with coconut milk, aromatic with curry spices yet not over spicy. This gravy its so thick and spice they use is not only using plain water. as mentioned the spice paste in Malay word REMPAH is made at the stall.

I like the fried stuff, especially the fried stuffed eggplant. Mee Hoon (rice vermicelli) is one of my favorite with Curry laksa, its a perfect match and must add SIHAM.

When you like to having outdoor feel and under tree, yes. You can choose here, even Afternoon come here, it will not feel hot, but remember after 12pm, its quiet heavy traffic and more customer and you probably have to wait up to 20minute. Parking also limited when 12-1.30pm .

When eating curry laksa, ASAM boi its a perfect match because it taste a bit sour and cold.
