Homemade Taiwan Braised Pork Belly recipe:

  • Red onion
  • mushroom
  • pork belly
  • minced garlic
  • chicken stock
  • olive oil
  • rice wine
  • soy sauce
  • adabi sup bujut spice
  • caramel dark soy sauce

First of all fried red onion until golden brown, then fried onion set aside and use onion oil

Then started to cook pork belly until done, then added some rice wined,

after that only add minced garlic into pan.

Then sauté until done, added mushroom into pan and chicken stock.

Later added soy sauce and dark caramel soy sauce into pan.

Last added Adabi sup bujut spice into pan and cooked it approximate 30minute.

Then Put into pressure cooker for another 60minute.

自家煮卤肉配·饭食谱:

  • 红葱头
  • 蘑菇
  • 五花肉
  • 蒜末
  • 鸡汤
  • 橄榄油
  • 米酒
  • 酱油
  • adabi sup bujut香料
  • 焦糖黑酱油

首先将红洋葱炸至金黄色,然后将炸洋葱放在一旁并使用洋葱油
然后开始煮五花肉,直到煮熟,然后加入一些米酒,
之后,将蒜末放入锅中。
然后炒至完成,将蘑菇加入锅和鸡肉中。
后来在锅中加了酱油和深色焦糖酱油。
最后将Adabi sup bujut香料加入锅中,煮约30分钟。
然后再放入高压锅60分钟。
