

THAI PAPRIK CHICKEN BREAST
- Lime leaf
- Chili sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Cili giling
- Tomyam paste
- Green bean
- Red pepper
- Red onion
- Small corn
- Green chili
- Cauliflower
- Chicken breast (marinated with curry powder)
1st step: Marinated chicken breast by using curry powder / can just ignore this step.
2nd step: After that just stir fry chicken breast until golden brown.
3rd step: Then remove chicken breast and set aside. Don’t wash the pan.
4th step: heat up oil then add red onion & green chili and sauté until fragrance.
5th step: then add chili gilling and Tomyam paste into pan, after that add some water.
6th step: let its boiled awhile then add some cauliflower, red pepper, green bean and small corn into pan and sauté it approximate 4min .
7th step: Last add cooked chicken breast and mix well. Sauté about 1 minute then ready to serve.

- 鸡胸肉(咖喱粉腌制)
第一步:用咖喱粉腌制鸡胸/可以忽略此步骤。
第二步:之后,将鸡胸肉翻炒至金黄色。
第三步:然后移开鸡胸肉,放在一旁。 不要洗锅。
第四步:加热油,然后加入红洋葱和绿辣椒,然后炒至香味。
第五步:然后将辣椒烫和Tomyam糊倒入锅中,然后加一些水。
第6步:将其煮一会儿,然后将一些花椰菜,红辣椒,绿豆和小玉米放入锅中,炒约4分钟。
第七步:最后加入煮熟的鸡胸肉,拌匀。 炒约1分钟,然后即可上菜。
