蛋炒乌东米粉食谱
Stir Fry Egg with Udon& meehoon
蒜末,2粒鸡蛋,豆芽,菜心,猪肉片, 乌东,米粉蚝油,酱油,鱼露,少许盐。
煮法:
先爆煎蛋然后切丝,然后再爆香蒜末和猪肉片,再炒菜心,过后放入米饭和乌东,翻炒一下,然后再放入酱料(蚝油,酱油,鱼露,少许盐)。
最后在放入豆芽炒一下就可以出锅咯。
❤Stir Fry Egg with Udon& meehoon ingeredients:
Minced garlic, 2 eggs, bean sprouts, choy sum, pork slices, Udon,
Meehoon (rice noodle) with oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, a pinch of salt.
Cooking method:
1st step:Sauté the omelets first, then shred egg
2nd step:then sauté minced garlic and pork slices
3rd step: then stir-fry the choy sum,
4th step: after that add meehoon and Udon, stir fry until mix well
5th step: then add the sauce (oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, a little salt).
6th step: It’s best last step to put the bean sprouts and stir-fry for a while.
