❤蚝油油麦食谱:

• 姜蒜
• 蒜末
• 油麦菜
• 猪肉片
• 蚝油

煮法:
炒香姜蒜，再放入煮肉片，炒香了
再放入油麦菜炒香。

最好放入蚝油就搞定咯。
