炒乌东虾面材料食谱:
- 新鲜乌东面(在jaya grocer 冷藏区)

- 葱花
- 鸡蛋
- 虾仁
- 蒜末
- 酱汁(酱油+黑甜酱+鱼露+糖)
烹饪方法:
首先爆香蒜末,然后再放入虾仁拌炒1分钟,再放入鸡蛋炒
然后把乌冬面放入锅里炒
炒差不多5分钟,开始放入酱汁炒5分钟就可以出锅咯。
最后记得摆设撒点葱花。

Fried Udon Prawn Mee recipe:
- fresh instant udon
- wild frozen prawn
- spring onion
- egg
- minced garlic
- sauce(soysauce+caramel dark sauce+ fish sauce+ sugar (pinch)
Cooking Method
Sauté the minced garlic first, then add the shrimp and stir fry for 1 minute,
After that add two egg and stir fry it
Then put the UDON noodles in the pan and fry
Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, start with the sauce and stir-fry approximate 5 minutes
Finally, remember to sprinkle some scallions for the decorations.
