清炒奶白菜煮法;
先爆香姜蒜,炒个2分钟,差不多金黄色了
然后放入奶白菜,拌炒一下差不多熟了,
最后在放腐竹就炒一下就好了,可以出锅咯。

- fu zuk,
- salt,
- goji,
- shao Xing wine.
How to cook :
1st step: Stir fry ginger and garlic until fragrance,
then added vegetable into pan and sauté approximate 4 minute,
then pour shao Xing wine and fu zuk into pan,
after that put a pinch of salt , then add goji as a garnish.
