木耳麻油鸡食谱:Sesame Oil Chicken with black Fungus Chinese style recipe

  • 鸡胸肉 Chicken Breast
  • 黑木耳 Black Fungus
  • 姜丝 Slice Ginger
  • 蒜末 Garlic
  • 麻油 Sesame oil

Cooking method:

1st step: heat up the pan, pour sesame oil into pan and add slice ginger to sauté until fragrance.

2nd step: after that only add garlic minced, sauté approximate 1-2 minute.

3rd step: then add chicken breast and saute it about 5 minute

4th step: then last add black fungus and oyster sauce.

5th step: Simmer about 10minute then ready to serve.

Ta-da ENJOY your meal.

第一步:加热锅,将麻油倒入锅中,加入生姜片炒至香味。

第二步:之后仅加入切碎的大蒜,炒约1-2分钟。

第3步:然后加入鸡胸肉并炒约5分钟

第四步:然后最后加入黑木耳和蚝油。

第五步:盖煮约10分钟,然后即可上菜
