Seafood Paprik Thai Style 泰式海鲜Paprik

Seafood Paprik Ingredients:

  • Garlic
  • Tomato
  • Red Onion
  • Red chili
  • Lemon leave
  • Patin fish
  • Squid
  • Chili kisar
  • Celery stick
  • Tomyam paste
  • Chili Sauce

1st step : heat up pain with oil, stir fry Red onion, garlic, lemon leave and red chilli until fragrance

2nd step : add on tomato and celery into pan and stir fry approximate 2 minute

3rd step : After that add paste inside (chili kisar, tomyam paste and chili sauce) then add some water

4th step : let the sauce cook until boiling then only put all the other ingredients (patin fish and squid).

5th step : dont over cooked because seafood will become smaller if over cooker.

6th step : simmer approximate 5min then ready to serve.

Its a easy to prepare Malaysia Paprik seafood.

  • 番茄
  • 红葱头
  • 红辣椒
  • 柠檬叶
  • 帕丁鱼
  • 乌贼
  • 马来辣椒酱
  • 芹菜
  • 泰式冬阳酱
  • 辣椒酱

第一步:加油加热疼痛,翻炒红洋葱,大蒜,柠檬叶和红辣椒直到爆香。

第二步:将西红柿和芹菜加入锅中,翻炒约2分钟。

第三步:之后,在其中添加糊料(马来辣椒酱,泰式冬阳酱和辣椒酱),然后加点水。

第四步:让酱汁煮至沸腾,然后再放其他所有食材(帕丁鱼和鱿鱼)。

第六步:煮约5分钟,然后即可上菜。
