Hakka Ramen ingredients 客家拉面食谱

今日食谱 today ingredient:

  • 客家拉面 Hakka ramen
  • 猪油 pork oil
  • 猪油渣 pork lard
  • 猪肉碎 ( 自己打碎比较) minced pork (buy and blend its much more better)
  • 酱油 soy sauce(light)
  • 蚝油 oyster sauce
  • 蒜末 Garlic minced
  • 葱花 Spring Onion

1st step: Fried pork belly until become smaller then ready to use, keep the pork oil and use it later.

2nd step: Using pork oil and added garlic minced and spring onion sauté until fragrance

3rd step: after that added minced pork into pan and sauté with garlic.

4th step: boiled and cook Hakka Ramen, then mix minced pork with hakka ramen.

5th step: Pour some pork oil into ramen and added some pork lark to garnish.

6th step: mix well and last garnish with spring onion.

客家拉面食谱

  • 第一步 : 炸猪油直到变小即可使用,保留猪油并在以后使用。
  • 第二步:使用猪油,再加入蒜末,直至散发香气。
  • 第三步:将猪肉末加入锅中,和蒜末一起炒。
  • 第四步:煮熟客家拉面,然后将肉末和客家拉面混合。
  • 第五步:将一些猪肉油倒入拉面中,并加入一些猪油渣作为装饰。
  • 第六步:拌匀,最后使用葱装装饰。简简单单有一餐咯 开动咯!
