Fish Maw hot and sour soup ingredients:

  • Fish maw
  • 2 EGG
  • Chicken breast
  • Spring onion
  • Crab fillet
  • Black fungus
  • Chicken broth
  • Vinegar (apple cider)
  • Salt

1st step: Heat up the pan then stir fry fish maw and spring onion(its cut long) approximate 2-3min let it fragrance,

2nd step: Pour the chicken broth inside pan then stir until balance.

3rd step: Then pour black fungus and stir well, after that pour chicken breast and crab fillet into pan stir well. Let it simmer approximate 10minute.

4th step: After all the ingredients its start boiling, slowly pour the egg into pan (if to fast it easy become 1 egg shape). Keep stir when pouring the egg into pan.

5th step: Then last that remember add some pinch of salt and vinegar into pan.

6th step: Then its ready to serve. ITADAKIMASU .

鱼漂
2个鸡蛋
鸡胸肉
大葱
蟹柳
黑木耳
鸡汤
醋(苹果醋)
盐 少许

第一步:首先热锅,然后将鱼漂和葱(切成薄片)炒约2-3分钟,使其变香


第二步:将鸡肉汤倒入锅中,然后搅拌至平衡。(鸡胸肉先煮熟然后弄成丝)。


第三步:然后倒入黑木耳并充分搅拌,然后将鸡胸肉和蟹柳倒入锅中搅拌均匀。让它煮约10分钟。


第四步:将所有成分开始煮沸后,将鸡蛋慢慢倒入锅中(如果太快倒入全部,容易变成1个鸡蛋形状)。
将鸡蛋倒入锅中时要保持搅拌。

第五步:然后最后记得在锅中加入少许盐和醋。


第6步:煮好关火,可以开餐咯 暖呼呼的鱼漂酸羹汤完成了。
