茄子闷北京面 Braised Abergine with noodle

Simple and easy cooking method

Ingredients:

Minced pork

Beijing noodle ( non fried)

Garlic

Oyster sauce+soy sauce+taucu sauce

Abergine / eggplant

Cooking method:

1st step: putting salt into abergine to make it souk out the water from abergine healthy way or steam also can

2nd step: heat up pan and pour olive oil

3rd step: stir fry garlic and minced pork until fragrance

4th step: pour the abergine into pan and stir fry about 2 min

5th step: then added mix sauce into pan and add some water.

6th step: then remember cooked the noodle before you pour inside.

7th step: last added noodle into pan then close lid and simmer approximate 15minute then ready to serve.

猪肉碎 (腌制好)

北京面 非油炸

酱料: 酱油,黑油,豆瓣酱

茄子

蒜末

如何煮茄子闷面 :

第一步骤: 先把茄子掉水 (只是用盐就好了)
不需要特地去煮 切小片比较容易掉水

第二步骤: 油锅烧热 加一点橄榄油

第三步骤: 然后先放入蒜末和猪肉碎 然后炒香

第四步骤: 再把茄子倒入 炒2分钟


第五步骤: 然后加水 放入灵魂酱
( 酱油,黑油,豆瓣酱)


第六步骤: 切记( 需要煮面条先)

第七步骤: 把煮好的面条倒入锅里然后关盖一起闷15分钟,过了15分钟就可以出锅啦
