

今天呢分享我的独门秘诀煮韩式花蟹酱
因为我很爱煮泡菜汤所以家里一定有 Gochujang
本人真的是第一次煮没想到这样也可以很好吃
我因为很害怕处理花蟹但是为了吃还是煮吧
韩式花蟹酱今天食谱:
- 花蟹
- 鸡蛋
- 姜片
- 葱花
- 蒜末
- 韩式拌酱(GOCHUJANG)
糖首先呢先爆香姜片,(为什么不是蒜末先,因为蒜很容易焦)记得步骤- 姜 葱 蒜 炒差不多味道出来,倒入葱花炒一下再倒入蒜末再放韩式酱gochujang(2汤匙)+2杯水再放入花蟹拌炒,然后闷大约20分钟 记得要看火哦免得烧干水最后一步吧蛋慢慢的倒入弄成鸡蛋丝状再放点薯粉就搞定了。美味佳肴就这样出炉咯。还没关注我的宝宝们疯子凯迪 CrazyKatty麻烦关注我再给我一个![]()
Today I will share my unique secret to cook
Korean style crab my house sure have gochujang because I love to cook kimchi soup
So there must be Gochujang at home
It’s really the first time I have cooked it
I’m scared to deal with crabs, but let’s cook them for eating
Korean style flower crab recipe:
- Flower crab
- Eggs
- Ginger slices
- green onion
- minced garlic
- Korean mixed sauce (GOCHUJANG)
- Sugar
- First, sauté the ginger slices first, (why not minced garlic first, because garlic is easy to burn)
- Remember the steps-ginger, onion, garlic
- Stir-fry it almost tastes out, pour in chopped green onion and stir fry, then add minced garlic
- Then put the Korean gochujang(2 tablespoons) + 2 cups of water
- Add the crabs and stir fry, then stuffy for about 20 minutes
- Remember to watch the fire so as not to boil the water
- The last step is to slowly pour the egg in and make it into a silky egg
- Put some more potato flour and it’s done and ready to serve.
