减肥过程你会选择A左图 还是 B右图
For me all this year, I had choosing reality, previously before I pregnant I always go to gym and workout, but i still not losing my weight that time from 60 to 55kg ( workout every 4-5 day), but now I control my food, workout once a week but I lose my weight now I get manage to control between 51-52kg.
My height and ideal weight is 54kg. So I consider balance, I focus more on my muscle, I need to get fit instead of slim. Always choose the right way to getting healthy body, don’t always get starve and lose weight, just enjoy the process example like eat light food, more protein meal and vegetable always the best choice to help your bowel movement.
A lot people will easily giving up because of you are not enjoying the process and last you weight is getting up again.
Walk more at home or office, drink more water and lets your self don’t sit too long, 30 min rest stand or walk to toilet. Be active everyday also help you to losing weight.
Always remind your self: Food 70% Exercise 30%
对于我来说,今年以来,我一直选择现实,以前在我怀孕之前,我总是去gym锻炼,但是那段时间我的体重从60公斤减少到55公斤(每4-5天锻炼一次),但是现在我仍然可以控制自己的体重食物,每周锻炼一次,但现在我成功减肥了,我保持将体重控制在51-52公斤之间。
我的身高理想体重是54kg。所以我考虑平衡,我更专注于肌肉,我要曾肌肉比较健康。始终选择正确的方法来获得健康的身体,不要总是挨饿减肥,多吃蛋白质和蔬菜这样的过程示例,火锅也不会胖尽量选择瘦肉蔬菜,汤底最好是没有辣油,蔬菜始终是帮助排便的最佳选择。
很多半途而废,很多人会因为您不喜欢这个过程而轻易放弃,最后您的体重又开始增,减肥最重要开心。
在家里或办公室多走几步,多喝水,让自己不要坐得太久,休息30分钟或站立或上厕所。每天运动也可以帮助您减肥。
切记: 食物占有70% 运动只是30%
