Macaroni salad my diet meal (Lunch)通心粉减脂午餐

Monday starting my diet meal ,due to this CNY (11day)eating supper, biscuit, fried food and my weight is gaining almost 2kg . so I had to control my meal, I wont cut off my carbo but try to eat a healthy meal, eat salad doesn’t mean that you can lose weight, but eating a right food it a smarter way to losing weight. Remember must exercise at least once a week, cardio or just a simple jumping jack, squat, burpee 15repsx4 set. You may refer my video (diet meal) I think got 5 episode for diet meal.

星期一开始我的减脂饮食餐,
这是因为新年这(11天)吃宵夜,饼干,油炸食品,
我的体重增加了近2公斤。所以我不得不控制自己的饮食,
我不会切断碳水,而是尝试吃一顿健康的食物,
吃沙拉并不意味着可以减肥,但是吃适当的食物是减肥的明智之举。
