1st step : boiled the water, pour the spring onion and ginger and some Chinese celery, then cook chicken approximate 15min. (depend on the chicken size)

2nd step: while boiling the chicken, open another pot and fried prawn head, normally I will pour the prawn head 1st and only pour oil into pan, because I really scare of the oil splitting so much. (you can pour oil until heat only put the prawn head.

3rd step: after that divide prawn head and oil and set aside

4th step: After chicken is done, set aside and let it cold an shredded chicken. Using the same chicken water and boiled prawn , just boiled about 5minute enough, if small prawn 2 minute done.

5th step: Pour the chicken broth500ml and prawn oil, and also just now cook chicken water pour approximate 500ml

6th step: let it boiled, after that cook the rice noodle(HOR FUN) just cook about 10minute then ready to serve.

7th step: after you put HOR FUN inside bowl, then garnish it with chicken shredded and prawn. TA-Da its done.
