通常在农历新年第一天,我们会选择吃素食,
因为中国夕夜会吃很多高胆固醇的食物,
因此第二天会选择不吃肉来清洁我的胃。
基于植物的肉总是比肉高成本,因为肉的形状可能需要很多东西。
第一道菜:植物性(肉)与法国豆和一些辣椒一起炒。
第二道菜:素食大虾,需要将其油炸或将其放入空气炸锅中,然后使用菠萝装饰。
第三道菜,素食咖喱羊肉,这是方便食品,只需将其取出并重新加热即可。
第四道菜:素食公鸡只需要油炸或放入空气炸锅中
第五道菜:白菜和味增汤一起煮。
Normally CNY day 1 we will choose to eat vegetarian because Chinese eve night eat a lot high cholesterol food so next day will choose to clean my stomach without meat.
Plant based meat always high cost compare to meat, maybe the process to make it as meat shape need a lot stuff.
First dishes: plant based meat stir fry with French bean and some chili.
Second dishes :vegetarian prawn, this need to fried or just put inside air fryer then garnish with pineapple
Third dishes, Vegetarian curry lamb meat, this is instant food, just have to take out and reheat.
Fourth dishes: Vegetarian Rooster just need to fried or put inside air fryer
Fifth dishes: Chinese cabbage cook with miso soup
