我的沙爹食谱 呵呵 SATAY INGREDIENTS

简单又好吃 Easy and nice to eat

只需要sambal +椰酱+花生酱+花生碎就可以了 很简单 只是串沙爹需要时间

鸡肉（鸡腿肉）比较嫩，使用咖喱粉和盐/或者已经使用酱油腌制好 最重要还是灵魂沙爹酱

Acar 食谱超级简单 糖+醋 （白醋或者苹果醋）+盐

然后准备切片 黄瓜+大红葱+红辣椒（大）

its really easy to make satay sauce quick and nice

add little bit light santan and peanut minced then its done

just skewer satay will take little bit more time because have to marinated

Using curry powder and salt / soy sauce to marinated chicken drumstick part (more tender）

Acar ingredient using simple ingredient Sugar+ vinegar (white / apple cider) +salt

then add on cucumber, onion and chili remember cut into bite size.
