晚餐来个简单好吃😋 DINNER TIME

Tteokbokki BEEF WRAP 韩式牛肉卷

先汤tteokbokki, 然后再弄酱汁

(1st Step -Boiled tteokbokki then make a sauce)

沙拉油,酱油,糖,gochujang,半粒ikan bilis cube

(Sauce Ingredients : Salad Oil, Soy sauce, Sugar, Gochujang, Anchovies cube

然后煮好的tteokbokki 放入酱汁拌热一下,酱汁还有一半收起来

Then put ttekobokki (after cook) Then mixed with sauce, Remember store Half for later use

然后利用牛肉片卷tteokbokki 放点葱花在里面卷

After That using beef slice to wrap tteokbokki and put some spring onion into wrap.

最后吧酱汁抹上卷好的牛肉片 (上刚才收起来一半的酱汁)

After that using Left over Sauce to rub over the beef wrap

然后煎2-3分钟就可以出锅了。

Grilled approximate 2-3minute then ready to Serve

  • 牛肉片 beef slice
  • 韩式 gochujang
  • 酱油 Soy Sauce
  • 葱花 Spring Onion
  • 糖/honey Sugar / Honey
  • Salt
