一锅熟真的超方便只是可以的话

不要买还没处理的猪肚,

因为真的很麻烦要处理。

1st首先先把猪肚处理干净,我使用淀粉来清洗

2nd然后再把猪肚冷水下锅,倒入料酒,姜片,水,然后开水煮差不多5分钟就可以了。

3rd 当猪肚拿出来时可以,放一旁让猪的凉在切

4th刚才的水不要到掉先让,把鸡肉到进去过水祛除腥味。 (可以选择直接煮不要过水)。

5th 开火热水先,倒入差不多1.5litre水

6th 开火炒胡椒了和猪肚先,爆香后就倒入刚才我说的1.5ltr水,然后把所有食材倒入

7th 我煮了差不多1个半小时,然后就可以开始吃这道美味佳肴咯 ,搭配这里下雨天去,好好喝因为好喜欢辣辣感觉。

2ndThen put the pork stomach in a pot under cold water, pour the cooking wine, ginger slices, and water, and then boil it for about 5 minutes.

3rd When the pork stomach is taken out, it is ok, set aside to let it cold down.

4th Don’t drop the water just now, put the chicken in the water and remove the fishy smell. (You can choose to cook directly without overwatering).

5th Heat up water first, pour almost 1.5litre water

6th Stir-fry the pepper and pork stomach on the fire, then pour in the 1.5ltr water I just mentioned, and then pour all the ingredients inside pot.

7th I cooked it for about one hour and a half, and then I can start to eat this delicious dish.
