Due to mco i dont have time to buy curry leaf so this is my diy style using curry ikan powder to cook my chicken curry. As long got curry powder, then i can cook curry vegetable chicken.

1st step ： heat up oilve oil, and pour onion and tomato inside and saute it,

2nd step: add on carrot and chicken inside, saute about 5 minute then add on curry powder inside add some water.

Last add on potato inside and simmer for 30 minute and last add some soy sauce / salt.

After simmer for 30minute then add on light santan inside curry pot.
